Open a new canvas 650x650.

Copy & paste RDbasic_element21 as new layer. Resize 80%.

Using your selection tool, select inside of frame, selections, modify, expand 10.

Open RDbasic_paper7, resize 50%, copy & paste as new layer, selections, invert & hit delete on your keyboard.

Select none & bring this paper layer below your frame.

Add your tube/s, doing this now gives you a better idea of placement for your other elements.

Copy & paste RDbasic_element11, resize 75%, arrange to the left.

Copy & paste RDbasic_element3, resize 35%, place in top right corner of frame.

Copy & paste RDbasic_element62, arrange along bottom of frame.

Copy & paste RDbasic_element48, resize 40%, arrange to the left.

Copy & paste RDbasic_element79, image, mirror & place to the right.

Copy & paste RDbasic_element9, resize 35%, arrange behind your tube.

Add a new raster layer on the bottom layer, selections, select all,

Add dropshadows of choice to each layer if preferred.

Add you name using font of choice, I used Send Flowers. I also added some words & a gradient glow.
