Supplies Needed

PSP X2 (any version will work)

Tube/s of choice, I am using the artwork of Keith Garvey, available here at PSP Tubes Emporium.

Awesome Blue Motion kit by Rieneke Designs, you can purchase here at Twilight Scraps, thankyou!

WSL_152 mask by Weescotslass here, thankyou!

Lets get started.

Open a new canvas 650x650.

Copy & paste RDbluemotion_element15 as new layer. Resize 80%.

Using your selection tool, select inside of frame, selections, modify, expand 8.

Open RDbluemotion_paper11, resize 50%, copy & paste as new layer, selections, invert & hit delete on your keyboard.

Select none & bring this paper layer below your frame.

Add your tube/s, doing this now gives you a better idea of placement for your other elements. I also added a close-up of my tube inside the frame & lowered the opacity to 45.

Copy & paste RDbluemotion_element17, resize 70%, arrange to the right. Duplicate, image, mirror.

Copy & paste RDbluemotion_element8, arrange as bottom layer.

Copy & paste RDbluemotion_element28, resize 30%, arrange to the lower right.

Copy & paste RDbluemotion_element29, resize 20%, place to the right. Duplicate, image, mirror.

Copy & paste RDbluemotion_element13, resize 30%, arrange to the top of frame. Duplicate so you have enough to fit across the frame.

Add a new raster layer on the bottom layer, selections, select all,

resize a paper of choice from the kit and paste into selection, select none.

Apply mask, on your layers pallette merge mask group.

Add any further elements from the kit you like, make it your own or you can use mine as a guide if you wish.

Add dropshadows of choice to each layer if preferred.

Add you name using font of choice, I used Bustamalaka. I also added a gradient glow & noise with the settings below:

Add correct © info, crop & resize if needed. Save as a png.
