Supplies Needed
PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube/s of choice, I am using the artwork of Keith Garvey, I purchased my tubes through MPT,
these tubes are no longer available there but are avaiable at PSP Tubes Emporium,

Lets get started.
Open a new canvas 650x650.
Copy & paste clarey_sparkalicious_wrappedframe3 as new layer. Resize 75%.
Using your selection tool, select inside of frame, selections, modify, expand 8.
Open clarey_sparkalicous_paper10, copy & paste as new layer, selections, invert & hit delete on your keyboard.
Select none & bring this paper layer below your frame.
Add your tube/s, doing this now gives you a better idea of placement for your other elements. I duplicated mine a couple of times
and place them around the inside of the frame & changed the blend mode to luminance.
Copy & paste clarey_sparkalicious_clusteredglitter, arrange at the bottom. Resize 75%.
Copy & paste clarey_sparkalicious_diamondswirl2, place between your frame & paper layer, erase any overhang.
Copy & paste clarey_sparkalicious_wordlabel3, place to the left of frame, resize 50%, rotate 25% left, adjust, sharpen.
Copy & paste clarey_sparkalicious_tag1, rotate 25% left, place on the right of frame.
Add a new raster layer on the bottom layer, selections, select all,
resize a paper of choice from the kit and paste into selection, select none.
Apply mask, on your layers pallette merge mask group.
Add any further elements from the kit you like, make it your own or you can use mine as a guide if you wish.
Add dropshadows of choice to each layer if preferred.
Add you name using font of choice, I used Swenson.
Add correct © info, crop & resize if needed. Save as a png.
