♥ One Moment In Time ♥

Supplies Needed
PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube/s of choice, I am using the artwork of Joel Adams, I purchased my tubes through CILM,
these tubes are no longer available there but are available at the CDO Store,

Lets get started.
Open a new canvas 650x650.
Copy & paste ele16_OneMomentinTime_Stef'sScrapkits. Resize 70%.
Using your selection tool, select inside of frame,  selections, modify, expand 10.
Open pap11_OneMomentinTime_Stef'sScrapkits, resize 60%, copy & paste as new layer, selections, invert & hit delete on your keyboard.
Select none & bring this paper layer below your frame.
Add your tube/s, doing this now gives you a better idea of placement for your other elements.
Copy & paste ele38_OneMomentinTime_Stef'sScrapkits. Arrange as bottom layer.
Copy & paste ele37_OneMomentinTime_Stef'sScrapkits, resize 85%, place along the bottom of frame.
Copy & paste ele26_OneMomentinTime_Stef'sScrapkits, resize 40%, arrange to the left, duplicate, image, mirror.
Copy & paste ele01_OneMomentinTime_Stef'sScrapkits & ele02_OneMomentinTime_Stef'sScrapkits, resize 30%, place around the frame to your liking
Add a new raster layer on the bottom layer, selections, select all,
resize a paper of choice from the kit and paste into selection, select none.
Apply mask, on your layers pallette merge mask group.
Add any further elements from the kit you like, make it your own or you can use mine as a guide if you wish.
Add dropshadows of choice to each layer if preferred.
Add you name using font of choice, I used Riesling.
Add correct © info, crop & resize if needed. Save as a png.
